Director of Clinical Services

Ensure all of the treatment that Straight & Narrow provides its clients is consistent with S & N's Philosophy of Treatment; and that S & N's Continuous Quality Improvement program operates effectively for the benefit of the organization, its employees and clients. Will be responsible for the direct supervison of treatment department directors as well as the hiring and termination of same.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in an Administrative position. Minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Services and/or Psychology. Ability to represent S & N with funding organizations, other providers, Board of Directors, Diocesan personnel and the community in a manner that reflects positively on the agency.
